Yes, COD is available for Orders upto Rs.30,000/-. But to prevent misuse, non-genuine product returns to a minimum and provide an affordable prices to all our customers, we charge a nominal fee of 3% for COD Orders. And these 3% charges (of the order total) and Shipping charges (Rs.800/-) need to be paid up-front for order processing. The actual order amount can be paid on delivery (minus the Shipping charges paid upfront). However, These COD + Shipping charges are non-refundable in case the order is rejected during delivery.

No, Kindly do not provide any OTP to the courier/delivery executive with out actually receiving the order. The OTP should only be provided on physical receipt of the Order. An OTP Verification is considered as a Proof of Delivery (PoD) by the courier and we can't help you in case the product was not delivered to you

If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done (i.e., the source account). In case of orders where BANK TRANSFER was used (i.e., NEFT or RTGS or Same Bank Internal Transfer), refunds will credited only into the Original Buyer's Bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account. For more details please refer to our refund policy.

No, To avoid damages to the product during shipping or transit we do not include any cables like HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, Power Cord, etc along with the PC. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned or requested.

Usually, this is very unlikely to happen as all of our Products are shipped with layers of Bubble Wrap Packaging and/or Protective Foam on the Outside apart from the Original Product Cardboard pack to prevent transit damage. However In case of suspicion of damage, We request you to take an uncut, unedited unboxing video of the product with the shipping label being visible when you unpack or unbox the order for the very first time and contact us with the revelant information as soon as you receive the order and with in 12 Hours of Order delivery so that we can provide you a resolution at the earliest
